RETURN POLICY

Applicable for online purchase only: 

 

Julian and Sara is happy to accept returns for full refund or exchange on unworn merchandise with original receipt attached within 14 days of receipt. Without exception, all returns made after 14 days of receipt are not accepted. All refunds, exchanges and credits are fulfilled once we are in receipt of original merchandise.

 
Returns For Refund

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged (NY State residents only). Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges.

All returns must be approved by a customer service representative, who will provide you with a return authorization number. This may be done by contacting customerservice@julianandsara.com or call (212) 226-1989
 
After 14 and up to 30 days from the date of purchase, merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only. The item must be in its original condition with all tags still attached. The original sales receipt/shipping invoice must
accompany all items returned.
 
Please note that there is a 5% (of total purchase price) service charge (plus shipping charges) for all returns shipped back to us.
 
Returns For Exchange

Your new style or size choice will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you be email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund.

Return Shipping
 

Without exception, returns must be sent UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. All returns must be insured for full value.
